LA CaTS Level I Research Coordinator Training

LA CaTS Level I Research Coordinator Training

This is a free training open to research coordinators of all levels at all LA CaTS institutions.  Participants will receive an LA CaTS Research Coordinator Training Certificate for participation in the program. 

Topics include: government regulations pertaining to human subjects research; introduction to good clinical practice; funding for research, contract, COI; documentation; regulatory binder; protocol review; budget review; adherence to IRB protocol; informed consent; recruitment and retention; and safety and efficacy monitoring/self audits.  Lunch will be provided.

About the Louisiana Clinical and Translational Science (LA CaTS) Center
