On April 4th, the LA CaTS Center hosted the Professional Development Core Annual Retreat for Roadmap Scholars and plenary talk open to everyone. This year’s presenter was Dr. Paul Conlin, Harvard Clinical & Translational Science Center, Chief of Medical Service at VA Boston Healthcare System. Dr. Conlin presented an important and engaging talk on “Individualizing Diabetes Treatment Goals in Older Adults - The Role of A1c Stability”. The talk was attended by over 160 attendees total, either in-person at University Medical Center or virtually.
We would like to acknowledge the Professional Development Core for the success of their annual retreat and thank Dr. Conlin for selecting a relevant topic to present to the research community across the state and other partners.
