The LA CaTS Professional Development Core is hosting a K-Grant application writing panel on Tuesday, May 14, 3-4:30pm. The informal discussion will be held at LSUHSC-NO in the 6th Floor Conference Room of the Clinical Sciences Research Building (CSRB), 533 Bolivar St. This discussion is open to any interested junior faculty. This is open to investigators at all LA CaTS member institutions. A webinar link is provided below for those unable to attend in person.

Drs. Sarah Jolley, MD, (LSUHSC-NO), Meredith Clement, MD, (LSUHSC-NO), Derrick Samuelson, PhD, (LSUHSC-NO), and Iboyla Rutkai, PhD, (Tulane) will be panelists while Dr. Paula Gregory, PhD will serve as moderator. Panelists will describe their experiences applying for, receiving, and transferring to another institution, their respective K Awards. They collectively have experience writing applications to four different NIH institutions.
