GRIT is a hybrid practicum for faculty and select postdocs planning NIH-style K- or R-series submissions within the next year. Participants join small cohorts for weekly sessions, one-on-one coaching, and tailored feedback to develop a competitive proposal. Fall cohorts begin in August. Apply by June 30, 2026.
