Join us for the FAC Seminar on February 18, 2026, at 1:00 PM via Zoom. This session will feature Phillip Levy, M.D., MPH, principal investigator of the ACHIEVE GREATER P50 Center. Dr. Levy will present “Perspectives on Perceptions in Population Health.”

Population health can mean many things, but at its core, it focuses on understanding health at a level beyond the individual and identifying ways to reduce risk across communities. Drawing from his real-world experience leading a mobile health program in Detroit, Dr. Levy will outline a practical road map for population health planning. His talk will highlight strategies to reduce cardiometabolic disease across an entire region and emphasize the critical role of place-based engagement in improving outcomes.

The goal of this seminar is to equip researchers and partners with a clearer framework for designing and implementing population health initiatives that address risk at the community level.

This seminar is part of the Forging Scientific Collaborations Seminar Series.
