Join us for the CCTS Research Orientation Program (ROP), a virtual, high-level overview of of implementing clinical studies in this one-session program, including key clinical, regulatory, and financial requirements—ideal for new investigators and research staff.
- What: A one-session, high-level overview of how to implement a sponsored or investigator-initiated study, including key clinical, regulatory and financial requirements. There is no cost to attend this event.
- Why: To provide basic tools, familiarize attendees with research study terms, and help those new to research avoid common pitfalls.
- Who: For young investigators and research staff who are new to research, as well as any who could use a refresher course in key aspects of a clinical trial. The CCTS strongly encourages new faculty, coordinators, budget and regulatory staff to attend. *Attendees may earn 4 AMAPRA Category 1 CME credits.
Note: Completion of a pretest and video will be mandatory before the live session begins. A link to access the required pretest and video will be sent to registered individuals. Zoom details will be provided once the prerequisites are complete.
