The LA CaTS Professional Development KCA’s Annual Retreat is scheduled for Friday, April 7th, 2017 at the Louisiana Cancer Research Consortium in New Orleans. This year the Retreat is planned around the theme "Diversity in Translational Research"
and will feature Dr. Mona Fouad, Director of the UAB Minority Health & Health Disparities
Research Center as our guest speaker. Lunch will be available at 11:30am and Dr. Fouad
will present her plenary talk from 12:00pm-1:30pm. This event is open to the entire
New Orleans academic community and LA CaTS partner institutions.
