In June 2024, the National Institutes of Health (NIH) launched the Communities Advancing Research Equity (CARE) for Health™ initiative, a pilot to test the feasibility of a network of research networks that expands research opportunities to the frontlines of clinical care in primary care settings.
The NIH recently announced inaugural awards for three Network Research Hubs to begin creating a primary care clinical research network that actively engages communities historically underrepresented in clinical research. The Network Meeting will bring together researchers, practitioners, and patient community representatives from the recently awarded Network Research Hubs to begin building the foundation for a sustained CARE for Health™ Network for primary care research across the United States.
You are invited to virtually tune into these important discussions and hear directly from NIH and program leadership, the Network Research Hubs, their practitioners, and community representatives.
